Albatross while the warship was proceeding down the Brisbane river, a Moth aeroplane piloted "oy T. Urquhart, with W. Duff as passenger, crashed into the water. Duff was trapped- in the wreckage of the pl*ne and drowned. Tlie pilot escaped with cuts on the head.
