THE WEATHER.

MILD CONDITIONS PREVAIL. The spell of mild weather during the last three days was continued to-day. There was an absence of frost, northwest conditions nrevailing. The sun was obscured during the forenoon, but appeared after mid-day. A blustering, chilly wind blew throughout the day. The barometric pressure at 9 o'clock this morning was steady, there being little difference compared with yesterday.
