THE WEATHER.
MILD CONDITIONS PREVAIL. The spell of mild weather during the last three days was continued to-day. There was an absence of frost, northwest conditions nrevailing. The sun was obscured during the forenoon, but appeared after mid-day. A blustering, chilly wind blew throughout the day. The barometric pressure at 9 o'clock this morning was steady, there being little difference compared with yesterday. The maximum temperature yesterday was 62 degrees, dropping to 38 degrees during the night. TO-DAY'S FORECAST. The following forecast was issued today:— . Indications are for moderate winds. northerly or westerly. The weather will prove fair, with mild temperatures. The barometer is unsteady.
