ASHBURTON v. ST. ANDREWS. Two Rugbv matches were played at Ashburton vesterday between teams from St. Andrew's Colloge, Christchurch, and the Ashburton High School. The match between Ashburton First

Fifteen and the visitors Second Fifteen was won by Ashburton by 6 points to 3, in a good, even game. Pickrnson scored a try and Greenall kicked a penalty for' the winners, while Symes kicked a pcnaltv for St. Andrew s. In the match between the under 9st 71b teams, St. Andrew's won by 17 points to nil. For the winners Maxwell, Redpath, Shand, Blakely and Edmonds scored tries, one being converted by Edmonds.
