WARNING IN SYDNEY.

VENTURESOME AIRMEN. NO FLYING UNDER BRIDGE. Only aerial pilots who wish to commit suicide are likely to fly under the Sydney Harboud Bridge until it is completed. Why they should desire to fly under it then is difheu t to under stand in view of the fact that the teat would involve a certain amount ot unnecessary risk, says a correspondent; but they are hardly likely.to attempt it now, for Mr Ennis, who is in charge of the construction of the bridge has issued a warning. An airman recently caused a flutter on the bridge and possibly endangered the lives of the men working at.the greatest heights, who require all their attention for their work and safety. The airman flew very close to it. M\ Ennis now points out that as the ends are rapidly approaching one another any attempt to fly between them will be hazardous, and that to fly under the bridge will be even more so. inere are ropes and wires and various other contraptions hanging below the bridge, these being part of the gear used by the men in moving about the structure. Were an airman to become entangled in these he would encounter disaster and he might cause the death ot the workmen. . , „__ It is thought to be strange that an? such warning should be needed ma city where the people are credited wi-n the possession of ordinary intelligence, but the bridge builders say that there is ample evidence. Aviators who desire excitement have talked of their intentions.
