UNION SECRETARY FINED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 15. Alexander McLeod," a union secretary in receipt of a salary of £450 a year, was to-dav fined £5 on the first 'and £2 on each'of three other charges, with solicitor's fee and Court costs in each case, for failure to make income tax returns. He was tunknown to the Department till recently.
