NEW SOUTH WALES ASSISTANCE. 'United Press Association— Copyright.) SYDNEY, August 15. The State Minister for Agriculture 'Mr H V. C. Thorbv) told the Farmer Settlers' Association at the conference that the State Government was unable to make financial arrangements for the wheat guarantee, but the Commonwealth Bank had agreed to finance the Wheat Pool to the extent of 80 per cent, of the estimated value of the forthcoming marketing season, on the condition that the wheat was marketed in an orderly manner.
