ASHBURTON LADIES’ MATCH. The ladies of the Ashburton Golf Club played a four-ball bogey match yesterday afternoon, the winners being Airs J. B. Nicoll and Aliss R. Cuff, with a score of 4 dow’n. Airs It. Kennedy and Airs F. W. Seldon, and Airs H. Vezev and Mrs E. B. Condell, 5 dow’n, were runners-up. RAKAIA LADIES’ CIUB. A L.G.U. medal match, .• layed by the Rakaia Golf Club, was won by Mrs G. S. Hardy. The four best cards were: —Airs Hardy 101 —31 —7), Airs Browne 95 —24—71, Aliss Turkington 97 —24—73, Airs -Finlay J7 —ii -7b. Airs Richards with a net score cf 77. w r as the w’inner in' the non-handicap division. The four best net seor?s in the second round of the Connolly Cup were: Airs Finlay 73, Airs Brown 73, Mrs Hardy 75, Mrs Christiansen .6
THE DUNLOP CUP. SYDNEY, July 17. The final of the Dunlop Cup, an annual event for professional golfers, was won by T. Howard, who beat W. Bolger by one up.
