FINEGAND STRIKERS.

REINSTATEMENT REFUSED. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN. April 22. Following a meeting of men on strike at the Finegand freezing works, near Balclutha, last evening, the majority presented themselves to the management, and asked to be reinstated unconditionally. . The management refused on the ground that the men's places had been filled and no hooks were available.
