SMALL BLOOD VESSEL BROKEN. (United Press Association —Copyright.) LONDON, April 9. The Earl of Birkenhead, who is holidaving at Biarritz, broke a small blood vessel. A medical bulletin states that his condition is improving, but private reports express anxiety.
