BAN IN AMERICAN NAVY. FEAIf.OF PSITTACOSIS. (United Press Association—Copyright.) WASHINGTON. March 20. Owing to the prevalence of parrot fever, the secretary of the United States Navyi, Mr Oi F. Adams, has issued an order that all parrots cn warships are to bo discharged from the service. The disease, psittacosis, has been traced to South American parrots. Cases have been reported from Europe as well as America.
