A sensation has been caused in legal circles by the discovery that regular tions under the Federal Bankruptcy Act passed last year, are invalid because they were not tabled in Pailiament. The effect on a large volume of proceedings already taken under the regulations may lead to much trouble. A special Bill must be passed to remedy the position.
