The autumn meeting of the New Brighton Trotting Club was held on Saturday in perfect weather, the sun being in evidence throughout the day, while there was an absence of wind. Most of the events were keenly contested, and there were some exciting finishes. The totalisator investments were £23,791, compared with £22,627 10s last year. The track was in good order, and excellent racing was witnessed by a. large attendance.
