RIFLE SHOOTING.
THE ASHBURTON CLUB. Seventeen riflemen took part in the match fired by the Ashburton Defence Rifle Club on Saturday afternoon. The ranges were 500 and 600 yards, and some high so eves were recorded. R. Bramley won with a total score of 95, while L. AlcNattv was second with 95, and J. Clayton third with 93. Details:—
