RURAL CREDITS.
EXTENSION OF THE LIMIT.
NEW SYSTEM APPROVED
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. . The Act. of last session amending the Rural Intermediate Credits Act provided for an increase of the maximum amount of loan which could he obtained from the Board by any one borrower from £IOOO to £2OOO. As this increased limit resulted in the system being more suited to the needs of sheepfarmers and graingrowers than was the case under the original limit, the Board has given consideration to the question of setting up a special system which provides facilities required by these classes of farmers. Details of the new system have been finally approved by the Board, and the system is readily being availed of by farmers.
