SENT TO FULL BENCH. CHALLENGE OF AWARD. (United Press Association—Copyright.) SYDNEY, January 3. His Honor Mr Justice Rich to-day referred to the Full Bench of the High Court the application challenging the validity of Judge Beeby’s order for the re-opening, of the coal mines at prestoppage rates. The High Court will sit at Melbourne on Tuesday, and it is likely that judgment on the application will be delivered on the following Monday.
