The writ issued by General Higgins in respect to Salvation Army trust property was served on the late General Booth’s executors. The Salvation Army’s legal representative explains that the position hasi been caused by a codicil that General Booth added to his will, after the depositions, transferring the trusteeship of the Army s property from his successor to his executors. -
