ATTEMPT TO RECOVER BODIES. TRUCK TO MAKE A DASH. (United Press Association— Copyright.} SYDNEY. May 10. Mr C L. Abbott (Minister for Territories) "announced that a Thornycroft truck of the rigid, six-wheeled Vftriety is leaving Oodnadatta shortly to make an 80-mile dash to the scene of the Kookaburra in order to bring back the bodies of Flight-Lieutenant Keith Anderson and Mr R. Hitchcock. The truck will have a terrible task traversing the scrub, for which it is specially suited. It will take 600 gallons of water, and will be directed Iby Air Force aeroplanes. Tbe owners ,of the truck are performing the task free of cost.—Australian Press Association.
