PRACTICALLY NO CHANCE. RECUPERATIVE POWERS REDUCED. (Received This Day, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, December 9Despite the fact that the bulletin this morning was less satisfactory than was hoped, the Central News Agency has the highest authority for stating that actually his Majesty's condition remains comparatively unchanged. Ine reference to exhaustion car.sed some anxiety, hut it is stated that it is no more than* the doctors expected, in view of the fact that the long tedious illness has reduced the King s recuperative powers.
