REAR REFLECTORS.
APPLICATION FOR ABOLITION. OPPOSED BY THE DEPARTMENT. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. It was stated in the Police Court, when the red reflector case was mentioned, that the Public Works Department had decided to oppose the recent application of counsel, on behalf of the Otago Motor Club, with the/ approval of other motoring associations in New Zealand, to have the Motor Regulation dealing with the carrying of red reflectors declared void on the ground that it was burdensome and impossible of being carried out. The case was adjourned till December 14.
