Ash burton Industrial Building Society.—The tenth annual meeting of shareholders in the Ashburton Indus- . .trial Building Society was held last evening. The chairman of Dii ectors {Mr \V. H. Rule) presided. The re port stated that during the year £I2BO had been paid to members on withdrawal of shares', and £1558 10s had been appropriated to members. The profits to date showed a premium of £2 i-s 9d per share since the inauguration of the society. Messrs W. H. Rule. H. C. Turner, F. Clark, W. Bryant, B. Childs, G. Jesson and D. .
