The “Weekly Dispatch” says that the Communists! have prepared a “soldiers’ programme,” which they are endeavouring to circulate in barracks, urging that men in the ranks should be"allowed to stand as Parliamentary candidates, and that political parties should he permitted from branches in camps and barracks, also that soldiers in uniform should lie permitted to take part in political denionstrationsi. “Sun.”
