THE ANNUAL MEETING. RUNNING AND CYCLING EVENTS. THE SUCCESSFUL COMPETITORS. y 1 The twelfth annual sports meeting of the Hinds Athletic Club .was held to-day in the Hinds Domain. The number of competitors was larger than last vear, and the different events were well "entered for. The attendance in the morning was small, but increased during the afternoon, the cold, threatening weather, however, preventing many from being present. The running and cycling events were full of incident, and many good finishes resulted. The following were the officials: — Patron, Colonel John Studholme;; president, Mr Colin D.
