(Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 13. i A message from Pittsburg states that in dismissing, the Ku Klux Klan suit against five so-called rebel mem-, bers Federal Judge Thomson bitterly scorned the Klan and its principles. He said the organisation came to the Court with filthy handb, and therefore deserved no consideration from tho Court. He also held that it was an unlawful institution, and charged the Klan with being directly responsible for the breaking down of the fundamental principles upon which the United States government was framed. —Australian Press Association.
