IENDERS are invited by the Trusj. tee of the Will of Jonathan Hibbs, deceased, for LEASING the undermentioned Lands, as shown m Lots, for a term, of approximately 5 years (from Ist May, 1928, to 14th March, 1933). Tenders to be sent in addressed to the Trustee of Jonathan Hibbs., deceased, c/o Garrick and Co., Solicitors, Methven, not later than 12 noon on TUESDAY, 17th April, 1928, and must be accompanied by a cheque for 6 Months' Rent in advance, which, m the case of Tender not being accepted, will be immediately returned after consideration of t.he Tenders by the Lessor.
