DUNEDIN, This Day, At the Dunedin Police Court to-day, Charles Dyhrberg, charged with having obtained £ls from Edward Thomas Longstaff, at Wellington, by false pretences, was admitted to 12 months' probation and ordered to make restitution within seven days. An order for suppression of his name was refused.
