FIVE EVENTS TO-DAY. The Ashburton High School girls* sports were concluded in the school grounds this morning. The championship winners have not yet been announced. The events decided this morning were:— Junior Championship Long Jump.—> J. Brown lift 9in, 1; J. Lemon, lift, 2; F. Gudsell, 10ft 6|in, 3. Junior Championship Hop-Step-and-Jump.—J.
