MOTOR TAXATION.
OWNERS PREFER PETROL IMPOST (A.P.A. and "Sun" Cables.) (Beceived This Day, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, March 27. In the House of Commons, a petition has been presented on behalf of 920,000 motor owners in favour of the substitution of a petrol tax for the horsepower tax.
