WELLINGTON, March 25. It is announced that all the twentynine All Blacks have passed the medical test prescribed by the- New Zealand Rugby Union. The appointment of the captain and vice-captain of the team will he' made at a. special meeting of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union on Wednesday next. Thear is every reason to believe that M. Brownlie will be pi ad© captain.
