In the Magistrate's Court, Kenneth Andrew Bayne, a milkman, who*, admitted having been drunk while in charge of a motor truck, was fined £ls and prohibited from driving for three years from April 1. Defendant and his 'brother were arrested last evening after a collision in the city. The brother was fined 20s for drunkenness.
