SALVATION ARMY.
FESTIVAL IN LONDON. DUKE TO GIVE ADDRESS. LONDON, January 21. The Duke and Duchess of York have accepted an invitation to the Clapton Salvation Army festival, where the Duke will deliver an address. The "Daily News" reflects that this is an interesting sign of the times. The Salvation Army was once regarded with almost as much horror as the Socialist Sunday School is now.
