CANADIAN REPRESENTATIVES. MORE APPOINTMENTS LIKELY, (Per Press Association— Copyright.) ("Sun.") (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) OTTAWA, January 29. Officials predict an early rapid growth for the Canadian Diplomatic Service. Ministers will be appointed to Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, in addition to London, Pans, Tokio and in the capitals of other countries where Canadian trade is large or promising.
