THE WEATHER.

A WARM WEEK-END. Yesterday was marked by a decided drop in the temperature compared with that of Saturday. Clouds obscured the sun until noon, but the afternoon was -bright, though a fair breeze mad© conditions cooler as the day passed. To-day was warm although the sky was overcast. There was a light breeze from the north-east. The reading of the barometer this morning was 30.27 inches, as against 30.9 yesterday and 30.6 on Saturday. The maximum and minimum temperatures yesterday were 71 and 63 degrees compared with 72 and 63 on Saturday and 87 and 63 on Friday. OFFICIAL FORECAST. The following forecast was issued to-day:— Indications are for variable and moderate breezes, mild and hazy conditions. Weather cloudy to overcast. Misty rain is to be expected in places. Barometer shows little movement.
