A mefisugo from says that tho ex-Crown Prince of Germany has arrived at Doom in connection with the ex-Kaiser’s 69th birthday. Significance is attached to the occasion in view of a meeting of Berlin Monarchists on Alonday, when a message was read from the ex-Kaiser expressing the hope tliat the wrong done to him on November 9, J. 918 (when his abdication was annomiced), will some day be made good. In a speech Prince Oscar said there were grave times ahead.
