' Litigation over the Teapot Dome oil Ecnnda] has been, going on since 1923. Albert Fall and Harry Sinclair were charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, and in October last the Supreme Cour annulled the lease of the Teapot Dome Oil Company, which Fall had granted to Sinclair. Following this Fall and Sinclair were again put on trial for fraud. The trial took a sensational turn when the Judge ordered an investigation into charges of tampering with the jury preferred bv the Government counsel.
