THIRD DAY OF SUNSHINE. To-day was the third consecutive day of ideal summer weather this week. The sky was cloudless with bright sunlight. There was a cool Breeze from the east. . The barometer at 9 o'clock this morning registered 30.14 inches compared with 30.12 inches yesterday. The maximum and minimum temperatures yesterday were 74 and 47 degrees respectively as against 70 and 48 on Wednesday. OFFICIAL FORECAST. The following forecast was issued to-dav:— Indications are for easterly moderate winds, and backing by east to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather after about 24 hours. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Barometer falling slowly shortly.
