Women's underwear departments in this country did not buy more than o per cent, of foreign goods British purchases of foreign goods during the past 10 years had declined year by year in 1919 foreign purchases amounted to approximately 50 per cent. In 1925 they amounted to 15 pelcent., and to-day they did not exceed 10 per cent.
