A NARROW ESCAPE.
DWELLING HOUSE BURNED.. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This 1 Day.-: A six-roomed house at Pentose, own~ed by Mr K. J. McKinnon, was destroyed by fire at 4.30 this morning. Mr McKinnon had just time to arouse his wife and two children. All escaped in their night attire. The house was-; insured for £6OO.
