CANADIAN PROPOSAL. (Per Press Association—Copy right.) VANCOUVER January 14, The Hon. James Malcolm (Minister for Trade and Commerce) has accepted the honorary presidency of the council to organise a shopping week throughout Canada from April 21 to April 28.
