MACHPELAH’S CAVE.
NOW OPEN TO CHRISTIANS. (Per Press Assor Copyright.) JERUSALEM, January 11. The Moslem Council is opening to Christians and Jews for the first time since the Moslem conquest, Machpelalds Cave, in the Hebron Mosque. It is reputedly the burial place of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Saarah, Leah, and Rebecca. An entrance fee of three shillings will be charged.
