BURIAL IN ABBEY.
THE LATE THOMAS HARDY. CREMATION OF THE BODY. (Special to Press Association, by Radio) (Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) LONDON, January 12. Mr Thomas Hardy was cremated. He is to be buried in the Abbey on Monday afternoon, although he previously expressed a wish to be buried at Stineford with his family.
