SEAMEN'S DISPUTE.
MOTOR-SHIP HELD UP. TROUBLE LIKELY TO EXTEND. (Per Press Association— Copyright.) SYDNEY, January 11. When the owners called for a crew to man the motor-ship Mundalla, the men refused to offer, and the vessel was tied up. The men's decision to boycott the Mundalla was reached because cargo from the steamer Canberra had been transhipped to her. At Brisbane, a mass meeting of seamen decided to recommend to the Federal Executive of the Union that if the trouble continued, and the owntrs persisted in their present policy of placing vessels out of commission, the dispute would be extended to all vessels, and that this proposal would be recommended to the general membership of the Union. ■;
