BREAKING.AND ENTERING.. CARPENTER RETAINS KEY. \ (Per. Press - Association., WELLINGTON, This Day. At the Police Court. Frederick Dean Board, aged 36,' a carpenter, pleaded guilty, and was committed fortrial on two charges of breaking and' entering and theft of goods to the value of £715 from warehouse of the Excelsior Supply Company, Accused lived at* the rear of the warehouse, and was occasionally employed as a casual labourer. Goods- had heen missed for two years. Two auctioneers gave-evidence-ass to auctioning toys and other goods for accused. A detective said that when employed some time ago to fit a newlock on the* door accused kept one of r the keys, using it to center, the premises.
