WAR RELICS AT MANCHESTER. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, January 8. Regarding them as useless and repulsive the Committee of the Manchester Corporation decided to remove all war relics from parks and stell them as scrap metal.
