FOURTEEN DAYS IN GAOL. DELICENSED FOR FIVE YEARS. 'Por Press Association 1 CHRISTCHTJRCH, This Day. George Novell, who pleaded guilty to having been drunk in charge of a car, was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment. His license was cancelled, and he was prohibited from getting another for five years. The police stoid he had been fined last year for a similar offence. On a clmvoe of breaking a prohibition order, Nevell was convicted and discharged.
