Eamon de Valera hints at taking legal action to test the validity of the exclusion of members of the Eianna Fail Party from the Chamber on account of their not taking the oath. Meanwhile, the party is canvassing for the requisite 75,000 signatures to enable a referendum to be taken on the question of the cancellation of the oath.
