MATCHES FOR TO-MORROW. Further matches in the Ashburton County Rugby Union’s competitions will be played to-morrow. The senior grade matches will be between Hinds and Hampstead to be played at the showgrounds, and Old Boys v. Rakaia at Rakaia. In the junior grade. Mayfield will play Hampstead at the showgrounds. The lower grade competitions will also be continued. PRIMARY SCHOOL MATCHES. The primary schools Rugby football competition games played yesterday afternoon resulted as follow: Seniors—Ashburton East 13 y. Borough 3. Junior—Ashburton East 0 v. Alienton 0. Borough 8 v. Tinwald 3.
