News from Porto Alegre states that eleven merrymakers, mostly women and children,, were killed, and 27 wounded by a number of soldiers who were refused admission to a ball at Monohay, Brazil. The soldiers fired on the dancers. Those all 'ged to be responsible have been arret ed.
