PURSUANT to “The Coal Mines Act, 1925,” the undersigned William Harris, of Mount Somers, Miner, hereby applies for a License to remove silica sand in respect of the following land 1 : ALL THAT parcel of land situated in Blocks Vi and 'VI., of the Alford Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the Northern Corner of Rural Section No. 29613, thence ' running in a Northerly direction a distance of 104.2 links, thence in a North-Westerly direction a distance of 3194.1 links, thence South-Westerly a distance of 1360.2 links, thence in a Southerly direction a distance of 3860 links, thence in a North-Easterly direction a distance of 5795 links back to the commencing point, as shown on the plan filed herewith.

Area applied for: 100 acres. The said land l is held under Coal Lease from the Crown by the Burnwell Coal Company, Limited Mark on Pegs: W. Date of marking out: 10th June, 1927, at 3.30 p.m. Date notice posted to or served upon persons occupying land or having any estate or interest theiein: 14th June, 1927.
