MR BALDWIN GRATIFIED. (Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, April 27. Mr Baldwin has cabled Mr Coates stating that the Singapore proposal has deeply interested Cabinet, who are glad that the Imperial Conference discussions have so speedily been followed.up. He and his colleagues warmly appreciated the proposed increase in New Zealand's share of Navy maintenance.
