THE PLUNKET SOCIETY
COLDSTREAM ACTIVITIES. The annual meeting of the Coldstream branch of the Plunket Society was held at Coldstream yesterday, Mrs Arthur Grigg (president of the Ashburton branch) presiding over a large attendance. The nurse's report stated that 131 visits had been paid to the rooms, while 42 visits had been paid to homes, making a total of 173, compared with /8 last year. This large increase is no doubt due to the nurse being provided with a car..
The election of officers resulted:— President, Mrs John Studholme; vicepresident, Mrs Bond; horn, secretary and treasurer, Mrs Bargh; committee, Mesdames Turner, R. Boiwiington, A. McKay, J. Anstey, J. Brown, G. MeTigue, E. Barnes, D. Little, G. McKenzie, and H. Simmonds.
Mrs Grigg, in a brief address, congratulated the branch on the success of its activities during the past year, and on its sound financial position).
